At the pawsitive dog, we feel that what we do before your dog's training starts is almost as important as the
training itself. That's why we schedule a day school evaluation and free, personalized, pre-enrollment phone consultation for you & your dog before the training begins.
Our day school evaluation allows us to get up close and personal with your dog and arm ourselves with the
information we need to determine what might be the best option and ideal frequency of training for him/her. You'll get an opportunity to see where + dog canine
stars are born (during pick-up) and your dog will spend several hours telling us all we need to know about his/her needs before we discuss your needs during
our free, pre-enrollment phone consultation.
Our no-obligation, one-on-one consult allows you the opportunity to explore your training journey at no
pressure and no cost. A lot goes on during this 45-minute scheduled phone appointment. We not only discuss your unique situation, we help you focus on
achievable results that realistically complement your dog's lifelong potential, offer you an opportunity to become
familiar with our philosophies and methods and present you with a startup strategy that we think might be the best fit.
Whether you prefer our day school and class combination or our accelerated overnight training and class
combination your goals are at the forefront of our decisions. The number of days, weeks and classes are all
determined by the information learned during the evaluation and the consultation, including your schedule, learning style and lifestyle.
Start-up strategies are assessed and re-assessed throughout your training journey so we may make additions or
subtractions based on the progress of your team, comfort level and changes in your life or desired outcome. After
all, not all dogs or owners start at the same place or progress at the same pace or have the same destination.
Due to our high retention rate and constant demand, as well as our interest in maintaining a personalized training
facility dedicated to dedicated dog owners, we frequently have a wait for our programs. Can't wait ? We

experience by enrolling in one of our creative options as they are available:
Scheduling an evaluation and consultation requires a nominal credit card deposit of $110 which is automatically
applied to your dog's evaluation day. Should you be unable to attend but provide us with advance notice, that
amount will be reimbursed to your card. However, should you forget your appointment altogether or provide us
with less than 48-hour notice of cancellation, we regret that your deposit cannot be reimbursed.
